    Exchange

    • Exchange Items
      If you are not satisfied with your purchase with sizes, we accept the exchange within 7 Days since the package arrives.  If you have any other concerns with the item you received, please contact our customer service or Email us : jsmix.intl@gmail.com

    • Product Conditions and exchangeable items
    1. In original condition
    2. Unwashed and Unworn
    3. In the original packaging
    4. Free gifts and promotion items are not exchangeable.
    5. Underwear is not exchangeable.
    • Working Process
      The exchange may take 7~14 working days upon receipt of return package in warehouse.

    • Price Difference Items
    1. If the required exchange items with different sizes is out of stock, you can change to other designs, the price differences may vary.  
    2. If the price of the exchange item is HIGHER, you can pay the additional fee via Cash on Delivery, or Paypal (Please contact our customer service requires the PayPal Account).
    3. If the price of the exchange item is LOWER, partial refund can be done via Store Credit, or Paypal (Please contact our customer service requires the PayPal Account).
    • Additional Charges 
    1. We DO NOT accept the shipping cost collect at our warehouse when the exchange parcel arrives.
    2. If it is not a product defect, the exchange item delivery fee is required when the package arrives your address.

    How long do I have to return JSMIX goods?
    If you aren't happy with your JSMIX goods, we will accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. The amount of your purchase will be credited to your original form of payment, minus the cost of original shipping.

    How do I send it back?
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Ship the package back using a secure method; require a tracking number and a signature. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We only guarantee receipt of a return if there is a signature proof that someone from the JSMIX team received it.
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a signature confirmation by your carrier of choice.

    How long will it take to see the return go through?
    Once we receive the package, please allow 10 business days for JSMIX to process the return. After that, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. If the refund hasn't posted after two weeks, please contact us directly thru jsmix.intl@gmail.com

    Refunds (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the original shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  By the way, we accept BDO bank account only.
