- Working Process
The exchange may take 7~14 working days upon receipt of return package in warehouse.
- Price Difference Items
- If the required exchange items with different sizes is out of stock, you can change to other designs, the price differences may vary.
- If the price of the exchange item is HIGHER, you can pay the additional fee via Cash on Delivery, or Paypal (Please contact our customer service requires the PayPal Account).
- If the price of the exchange item is LOWER, partial refund can be done via Store Credit, or Paypal (Please contact our customer service requires the PayPal Account).
- Additional Charges
- We DO NOT accept the shipping cost collect at our warehouse when the exchange parcel arrives.
- If it is not a product defect, the exchange item delivery fee is required when the package arrives your address.
